Instructions

This week, you will continue with your course-long project and focus on creating the project schedule and the critical path. You will once again use Microsoft Project to complete the project schedule and the critical path. The project schedule should contain all of the project activities listed on the WBS and include the activity, the duration, resources required, and the team member responsible for the activity. You will submit the schedule as a Gantt chart. You will also create two critical paths; the shortest and longest path based on the project schedule. You will submit two different MS Projects for the critical paths. Make sure to label one the shortest critical path and the other the longest critical path. Upload the three MS Projects to the assignment.

This assignment is due by Day 7.
