Outline for ‘Year in Review’ Report

This formative assessment will review the concepts from the learning activity, What is a
‘Year In Review’? and allow you to reflect on how your organization fared over the past
year. Using a Year in Review document is a great way to highlight the accomplishments
in the organization and to create a vision for moving forward.

Using your organization and the information you have collected so far, develop an
outline for your Year In Review report. This report should include:

● Institution/Organization Overview (could include letter from CEO)
● Accomplishment of Goals/Operations/Impact
● Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Results
● Opportunities for Next Year/ Plans for New Products or Services
● Execution of Next Year’s Goals/Development Activities
